GREEK shipping millionaire Achilleas Kallakis is in 会談 with InterContinental Hotels Group to buy the Mayfair InterContinental Hotel in London for £141m.

The group was recently demerged from Six Continents. Sources familiar with his 計画（する）s said that if Kallakis 後継するd in buying the 250,000 sq ft building through his 沖合いの／海外の company 太平洋の Group, he would refurbish the hotel and 会社にする／組み込む 130 高級な flats.
