A PUBLIC relations 助言者 who made thousands of 続けざまに猛撃するs 貿易（する）ing a （弁護士の）依頼人 company's 株 after discovering its 引き継ぎ／買収 計画（する）s said today it never occurred to him he had 'inside （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）'.

Former porn actor and 新聞記者／雑誌記者 Tim Blackstone, who even bought some 株 for his 年輩の mother, 主張するd he planned to keep the 在庫／株 for the 'long 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語'.

But he became 'very 関心d' when their value 突然に 発射 up すぐに after 区s, and sold them 24 hours later.

否定するing he had done anything wrong, 'morally or 有罪に' he told London's Blackfriars 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 what had occurred was nothing more than a 'misjudgment'. However, with the 利益 of hindsight he now wished he had never given his stockbroker orders to buy.

'It has 原因（となる）d me a 抱擁する 量 of heartache . . . and aggravation,' he said.

Blackstone, 56, of Southwark, south east London, is the brother of 労働 peer Baroness Blackstone. He 否定するs two counts of insider 貿易（する）ing - one on August 26 1999 when he bought 150,000 株 in Murray 財政上の 会社／団体, the second relating to their 処分 the に引き続いて day.

After deciding to sell, he tried to 接触する his mother and 勧めるd her to do the same. Unfortunately she did not answer his call.
