No more 率 削減（する）s, says Bank's King

知事 Sir Edward George said the MPC would even have to 引き上げ（る） 率s if 消費者 需要・要求する did not slow. The Bank has held 利益／興味 率s at a 38-year low of 4% for 12 months running, encouraging a borrowing binge that has fuelled a 消費者 and house price にわか景気.
