BAE SYSTEMS has 確認するd it is 捜し出すing 買い手s for the aerostructures arm of its 商売／仕事, raising fresh 疑問s about the 未来 of 2,000 労働者s.

Rumours that the defence and 航空 巨大（な） was planning to sell the 分割 surfaced in September, when 長，指導者 e xecutive マイク Turner told a 貿易（する）s union 会議 it was reviewing its 所有権 of aerostructures.

Now BAE has 発表するd that '未来 growth 適切な時期s' are more likely to be met if the 商売／仕事, which operates out of two bases at Prestwick, Ayrshire, and Samlesbury, Lancashire, is sold.

Sandra Osborne, MP for Ayr, said she and other Ayrshire MPs would be 捜し出すing 安心s from BAE about 見込みのある 買い手s.

She said: '関心 remains about the 意向s of any possible 買い手s, and their かかわり合い to the Prestwick 場所／位置. We have seen examples in the past of companies 存在 bought over by competitors and then shut 負かす／撃墜する.'

A BAE 広報担当者 said: 'The review has 結論するd that the 未来 growth 適切な時期s for the aerostructures 商売／仕事 may be better 満足させるd outside of the company.'
