A second grade was based on 管理／経営's 見通し of 維持できる 開発 and how hard they 押し進める their 倫理的な 姿勢. 会社／堅いs are 階級d one to five. This grade will arguably have more sway on directors because although it is difficult to change the nature of a 商売／仕事 it is possible to 可決する・採択する more ethically sound 政策s.

Morley, which runs £150m-価値（がある） of 基金s, will not 投資する in companies 階級d lower than C3 - nearly half of the companies in the FTSE 100. Some 部門s, such as タバコ, oil and defence are 支配するd out by the perceived unethical nature of their 商売／仕事. But others operating in いっそう少なく 疑わしい 産業s failed to make the grade such as HSBC and 基準 借り切る／憲章d banks (D3), hotels group Hilton (D4) and 製造業者 Associated British Foods (D4).

Associated British Foods was 示すd 負かす／撃墜する for producing 製品s that 'are not a major part of a healthy diet', such as sugar and treacle flavourings, and for 'no real 見通し' in 促進するing sustainability.

The 麻薬s companies' high ratings were thanks to their 研究 to find new 治療s and their 乗り気 to 'engage' over 問題／発行するs, 含むing cutting the price of HIV 麻薬s in Africa.

No 管理／経営 made the '1' grade but telecoms group BT, Abbey 国家の bank and gas company BG Group were の中で those to 達成する B2 status.
