PLANS to transform the UK's 商売／仕事 環境 through a 過激な shake-up of 競争 and insolvency 支配するs were 明かすd by the 政府 today.

The 法案 was published today and 貿易（する） and 産業 長官 Patricia Hewitt said it would help make the UK the best place in the world to do 商売／仕事.

Today's 対策, which could be in 軍隊 by next Spring, build on the 競争 行為／法令／行動する in 1998 and were 概して welcomed by 商売／仕事 leaders.

The British 議会s of 商業 said the 法案 would help the UK 設立する a 競争 政権 類似の to the US's own dynamic model.

Director general David Lennan said: 'There is nothing more 失望させるing as an entrepreneur than finding you are unable to compete because other 商売／仕事s have cheated and we therefore wholeheartedly support what the 政府 is trying to 達成する through 経由で this 法案.'
