A REPORT into the Millennium ドーム fiasco paints a vivid portrait of the 大混乱 which dogged the 事業／計画（する） - but shies away from 診察するing in 詳細（に述べる） the 役割s of the 事業／計画（する）'s 重要な players.

The 逮捕する 量 of 宝くじ money paid to the New Millennium Experience Company was £628m - £ 229m more than planned. It was one of the biggest 失敗s in the history of public 事業／計画（する）s in Britain.

WINNERS

David James: The troubleshooter 任命するd in September 2000 to sort out NMEC's 財政／金融s is considered to have made the best of a bad 職業 and left with his 評判 as a Mr Fixit 高めるd.

LOSERS

Lord Falconer: Once he was Blair's most favoured 大臣. Then he took the 毒（薬）d chalice of the ドーム and his 評判 has slipped ever since. Tony Blair: The ドーム is one of his 政府's most embarrassing 失敗s. He has 認める: 'If I had my time again I would have listened to those who said 政府s shouldn't try to run big 訪問者 attractions.'
