THE multi- billion 続けざまに猛撃する 基金 （ーのために）とっておくd for 改善するing Britain's roads may have to be （警察の）手入れ，急襲d to help the 鉄道s, 政府 大臣s have 警告するd.

計画（する）s 存在 considered by 輸送（する） 長官 Stephen Byers would mean a 予報するd 不足（高） in rail spending would be met from some of the £60bn 始める，決める aside last summer for roads.

But the news has worried モーターing organisations. Edmund King of the RAC 創立／基礎 said: 'Eighty five% of 乗客 travel is roads based. 輸送（する） 投資 should be about all forms of 輸送（する）. It shouldn't be stealing from one to 支払う／賃金 for another.'
