Roadshows to explain AESOP

A NATIONAL roadshow run by the 財務省 to 増加する public 認識／意識性 of the 政府's 株 incentive 計画（する） - the 計画／陰謀 which 許すs 従業員s to buy 株 in their company, has begun today.

It will kick off in Peterborough and will then travel thoughout the UK during November. The aim is to help compan ies get to 支配するs with the new 支配するs and get advice about setting up work 株 計画／陰謀s for their own 従業員s.

The 株 incentive 計画（する） - 以前は known as AESOP (all 従業員 株 所有権 計画（する）) - was introduced in 2000 to encourage more companies to 申し込む／申し出 株 to their 全労働人口. It is believed the practice 改善するs 労働者s 職業 satisfaction and 生産性. The （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長, Gordon Brown, 延長するd the 計画／陰謀 to smaller companies in the last 予算.

Under the 計画／陰謀 companies can give 従業員s up to £3,000-価値（がある） of 解放する／自由な 株 and 従業員s can buy up to £1,500 of 共同 株 out of pre-税金 and 国家の 保険 出資／貢献 支払う／賃金. 株 must be held in 信用 and 株 cannot be taken out during the 持つ／拘留するing period, although 共同 株 can. To read more about how the 計画／陰謀 作品 click here

開始する，打ち上げるing the roadshows the （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 said: '470 companies and 700,000 従業員s are 始める，決める to enjoy the 利益s of the 計画（する）, which 代表するs a perfect example of how each and everyone of us - 商売／仕事s, 貿易（する） unions, 従業員s and 政府 - can 与える／捧げる に向かって 達成するing our 生産性 goals.'

Paymaster General 夜明け Primarolo said: 'We are putting in place the 権利 枠組み to help everyone 投資する in the success of his or her company - and the 権利 枠組み means the most generous 税金-advantaged all-従業員 株 計画（する） ever introduced in the UK.'

However, some 商売／仕事 groups are 警告 従業員s that if they do decide to go into such 計画／陰謀s they should do so with their 注目する，もくろむs open. As in the 事例／患者 of Railtrack 従業員s, 持つ／拘留するing 株 in just one company can be risky. Read more here
