SHARES in Energis 低迷d in a rising market on news that 長，指導者 (n)役員／(a)執行力のある マイク Grabiner, who has led the telecoms group since before its spin-off from 国家の Grid in 1997, is leaving.

Grabiner, who recently turned 50, said he has no 明確な／細部 職業 to go to but 手配中の，お尋ね者 to 'do something 完全に different and definitely not in telecoms'. He will not get a 支払う／賃金-off and 計画（する）s to 持つ／拘留する on to his 450,000 株. He has 選択s over another 1.6m 株 and was paid a total of £573,000 last year. His 後継者 is 長，指導者 operating officer David Wickham.
