退職 beckons for 'Teflon den'

SIR 否定するs Henderson, one of the grand old men of British 産業, is retiring from his last major 地位，任命する in 引用するd public company life as slimmed-負かす／撃墜する leisure group 階級 発表するd his 出発 as chairman.

Henderson, 68, is best-known for his 近づく 40-year career at 集積回路 I when it was a 世界的な 力／強力にする and the bellwether of British 産業. Chairman from 1987, he oversaw the 分裂（する） that spawned 麻薬s 巨大（な） AstraZeneca before leaving as chairman of both companies in the 中央の-1990s.

That has seen it sell off the likes of Butlin's, Odeon cinemas and Pinewood film studios to concentrate on casinos, bingo and the Hard 激しく揺する Caf?, although the company still 保持するs its film and ビデオ duplication 商売／仕事.
