TBI 急落（する），激減（する）s as 引き継ぎ／買収 会談 end

株 in TBI have nosedived after the airports group said another 可能性のある 買い手 has pulled out of 引き継ぎ／買収 会談. The 在庫／株 低迷d 17%, or 12p, to 59 1/2p, just off its year's low.

TBI said in August that it had received an unsolicited approach, and in November said those 会談 had ended but that it was in discussions with other 利益／興味d parties. It is those latter 会談 that have now been ended.

In it s 声明, TBI said it was 'in a good position to 利益 from the 増加するing 需要・要求する for 空気／公表する travel and can take advantage of the 適切な時期s 利用できる to it'. The company is 現在／一般に valued at just over £300m.
