De Beers may take the unusual step of 許すing an 独立した・無所属 audit of its £2.5bn 備蓄（する） of gems. This would quash the 疑惑s of the US 政府 and human 権利s organisations that it may have bought diamonds linked to 血まみれの civil wars in Africa.

The move, 存在 considered as part of last week's 再編成 of the company, would also help De Beers in its 試みる／企てるs to sell diamonds to the US market.

The company is banned from 貿易（する）ing 直接／まっすぐに in America because US 当局 believe that De Beers is a cartel.
