CBI and IoD …に反対する 演説（する）／住所 計画（する）

The 政府's planned 改革（する）s to company 法律 which 含む making directors' home 演説（する）／住所s 利用できる to the public have received a mixed reaction.

The 連合 of British 産業 (CBI) said that while it 概して welcomed the modernisation 計画（する）s recently 輪郭（を描く）d by the D epartment of 貿易（する） and 産業 it was unhappy about giving out directors' 演説（する）／住所s. The CBI said: 'Directors should continue 登録（する）ing 私的な 演説（する）／住所s at Companies House but the （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） should only be 利用できる to 施行 団体／死体s like the police.'

It 追加するd that it supported 提案s to 減ずる the length of the 初期の 契約 a company can 申し込む／申し出 a director without 捜し出すing 株主 是認 from five years to three. But it questioned if その後の 契約s should be 制限するd to just one year as the 政府 has 提案するd.

The 学校／設ける of Directors (IOD) took the same line.

Ruth Lea, 長，率いる of the 政策 部隊 at the IOD, said: 'We 堅固に …に反対する making directors' home 演説（する）／住所s 利用できる to the general public. It is only likely to encourage 行動主義者s to 的 directors' homes and would serve no practical 目的.

'We also …に反対する the idea of 制限するing directors' 現在進行中の 契約s to just one year. This doesn't 申し込む／申し出 enough 連続 and we think something like three years for 現在進行中の 契約s is a reasonable period of time.'
