Big foreign-owned companies 供給（する）ing City 会社／堅いs with 契約 IT 労働者s are 偉業／利用するing a （法などの）抜け穴 in new 政府 法律制定 which 許すs them to undercut their smaller British 独立した・無所属 competitors, it is （人命などを）奪う，主張するd.

At least two US-owne d companies are cashing in on a 政府 決定／判定勝ち（する） to 急速な／放蕩な-跡をつける ビザs for IT 契約 労働者s from India, Africa and Eastern Europe, says the Professional 請負業者s' Group. They are 申し立てられた／疑わしい to be 支払う／賃金ing Indian 労働者s £12,000 a year and 非難する £75,000, for work for which a UK 独立した・無所属 請負業者 would have to 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 £80,000 under a new 税金 法律.

'Foreign-owned companies 雇う these IT 労働者s on low salaries and then rent them for 高度に-inflated 料金s,' said Gareth Williams, 大統領，／社長 of the PCG, which 代表するs UK 独立した・無所属 請負業者s. 'These big companies are 許すd to 扱う／治療する the 貯金 as a pre-税金 利益（をあげる） to be 投資するd 支援する into the 商売／仕事.'

IR35 is meant to stop 従業員s dodging PAYE by working for the same 雇用者 as a '請負業者'.
