Change of tack at Ernst & Young

Ernst &am p; Young is coming out punching as a one-stop 助言者 to 商売／仕事, even though UK 協議するing 長，率いる Clive Williams and his 70-strong 管理／経営 consultancy team are off to join 競争相手 Cap Gemini. They are going as part of the 取引，協定 under which Cap Gemini acquires Ernst & Young's 全世界の 管理／経営 consultancy services for 株 and cash valuing them at about £7.2bn.

UK chairman Nick Land's 内部の changes mean Ernst & Young 再編成するing under the '株主 value' 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道する, to develop what it calls '非，不，無-audit-centric' 関係s with （弁護士の）依頼人s.
