財務省始める，決める for mis-selling windfall

The 財務省 will receive a slice of the total 補償（金）法案 of more than � �20 billion that 保険 companies and other 年金 providers are having to return.

Public-部門労働者s, 含むing teachers and nurses, have their 年金s 直接／まっすぐに paid by the taxpayer, so the 補償（金） goes straight into 財務省 coffers. Some 見積（る）s 示唆する that the first 段階 of 補償（金） is 現在／一般に bringing the 財務省 a one-off 伸び（る） of ￡1 billion.

The money counts as a 資本／首都領収書, not a 現在の領収書, so it cannot be used to 基金現在の spending. However, the 政府 is committed to a ￡40 billion spending programme to 改善する Britain's health and education 組織／基盤／下部構造. The 年金s 補償（金） money could go に向かって this 事業／計画（する）.
