They are not alone in 苦しむing the brunt of 歳入 大混乱. More than 800,000 taxpayers have been 混乱させるd by receiving two b ills - one for 1997/98 and the other for an

But a possible 落し穴 for them, and more than 2.5 million people who have yet to make a return, is that if you have no proof of postage and an 控訴，上告 goes against you, you are liable for any 刑罰，罰則s which accrue during the 控訴，上告 period.
