As the oil cartel met in Iran, 憶測 was growing that more members were willing to 支援する Saudi Arabia's 企て，努力，提案 for an 増加する of 500,000 バーレル／樽s a day. This would take the 公式の／役人 生産（高） 天井 across Opec, 除外するing Iraq, to 27.5m バーレル／樽s a day.

Saudi oil 大臣 Ali al-Naimi said: "現在の oil price levels of $55 are high and we want prices to be between $40 and $50 a バーレル／樽."
