THE 冷淡な snap has 供給するd a much-needed 上げる for 着せる／賦与するs retailers, though it won't be enough to save everyone's 肌.

小売 sources say the chilly 天候 resulted in a sharp rise in sales over the 週末.

示すs & Spencer, Primark, Debenhams and Next are の中で the retailers which are likely to have 利益d from a leap in 需要・要求する for jumpers and coats.

削減（する）-price chain Matalan, which has been losing 顧客s to Primark and an 改善するing M&S, has decided to ask 供給者s to 株 the 苦痛.

Chairman John Hargreaves has written to the group's 着せる／賦与するing 供給者s, 説 that Matalan would be taking a 2% rebate from orders.

The retailer has seen underlying sales 落ちる by more than 10% and is under 圧力 to 改善する 利益（をあげる）s.
