Balfour Beatty enters Mowlem race

BALFOUR BEATTY, the rail engineer and construction group, is 始める，決める to 重さを計る into the 戦う／戦い for smaller building group Mowlem, admitting it could counterbid a recommended 申し込む／申し出 from arch-競争相手 Carillion.
