国際通貨基金 needs to change, say Brown

GORDON Brown 促進するd a 過激な 計画（する） this 週末 to turn the International 通貨の 基金 into a 全世界の 見解／翻訳／版 of the Bank of England.

The （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 wants the Washington-based 国際通貨基金 to become a powerful 独立した・無所属 機関 char ged with 監視するing and even criticising the 経済的な 政策s and 業績／成果s of countries.

In the past, the 国際通貨基金 has been criticised for 存在 too closely 提携させるd with Western, and 主として American, 利益／興味s.
