Open skies door 激突するs shut

BRITISH 航空機によるs' hopes of 拡大するing in the American market appear to have been dashed by the introduction of 厳しい new 保護貿易論者 対策 designed to neuter foreign 投資家s' 影響（力） in US 運送／保菌者s.

The move could 立ち往生させる 会談 on 'open skies' between Europe and America. The 最新の 介入 by the US Department of Transportation makes it tougher for foreign 航空機によるs to 伸び（る） a toe-持つ／拘留する in the American 部門.

Under 圧力 from US 航空機による 長，指導者s and a 保護貿易論者 議会, the department 主張するs that foreigners can own only 25% of a US 航空機による, even though the EU 許すs an American company to own 49% of a European 運送／保菌者.

It also 明言する／公表するs that the 大統領，／社長 and chairman of a company and two-thirds of its 上級の 経営者／支配人s should be American 国家のs.

The department wants an Americandominated board to be able to 拒否権 any 決定／判定勝ち（する）s by foreign 株主s. All 安全 and safety 事柄s should also stay in US 手渡すs.
