労働 to 的 fat-cat 特別手当s

A 政府 大臣 today called for 抱擁する City 特別手当s to be 抑制（する）d.

Harriet Harman said the payouts, totalling £7bn already this year, were 増加するing the 湾 between rich and poor. Ms Harman won strong 賞賛 when she called for 活動／戦闘 'to stop these 過度の, ridicul ous 特別手当s'.

The 憲法の 事件／事情／状勢s 大臣, who is の近くに to Gordon Brown, said: '不平等 事柄s. The big gap between those at the 最高の，を越す and those at the 底（に届く） makes for a sick society. I do take the 見解（をとる） that we are in the 労働 Party because we don't like to see some people struggling while others are hugely rich.'

The TUC has 非難するd 特別手当 levels as 'obscene' and with unions making up a third of the 選挙（人）の college for the 副 leadership, Ms Harman has an 注目する，もくろむ on their 投票（する）s as she 捜し出すs to 取って代わる John Prescott.

One 最近の 調査する showed that 52% of City staff 推定する／予想する a big 特別手当 this Christmas. Most of the 特別手当s are used to 支払う／賃金 off mortgages or buy second homes and are a powerful driver of the 住宅 market.
