Mrs C. H. 令状s: I feel the need to tell someone of my 最近の取引 with my bank. I know the 法律許すs banks to help themselves to my money, but I want to 抗議する at the 量. I have just been told that 同盟 & Leicester has 追加するd another ￡25 to our 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s, making a total of ￡80 in six weeks. This is a sickening and 重要な loss to us. You and your husband live on a 年金 and disability allowance, and ￡80 makes a real dent in your 財政／金融s.

You asked 同盟 & Leicester to 再考する its 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s and were told they were '適用するd 正確に in line with the 条件 and 条件s of your account'.

同盟 & Leicester 持続するs that even if a 顧客 is overdrawn for a day without 許可, it will 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金￡25. If this continues for a その上の four days in any 声明 month, a その上の￡25 is 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d.

Some banks give instant credit for cheque deposits, but 同盟 & Leicester tells 顧客s to 許す four （疑いを）晴らす商売／仕事 days before 製図／抽選 against a cheque.

によれば the bank, an 介入するing 週末 bumped this up to six days in all, by which time you had in 影響 drawn against an 不明瞭なd cheque.

Stung by Anderson 顧問s boiler room

M. B. 令状s: I bought 15,000 株 in 世界的な Bio 精油所s at 50p each, through 仲買人 Anderson 顧問s and the company's director, Ray Johnson. I am now 深く，強烈に関心d, as I have sent many emails and made calls to the company, but have never got past the receptionist. She can never put me through to Johnson as he is too busy or is having 医療の任命s. The company's website has disappeared - and I have been told this is because it is 存在 updated. I understand there may be 合法的な活動／戦闘伴う／関わるing 株主s and I wonder whether you have 詳細（に述べる）s?

Bad news, I'm afraid. 取引，協定s 伴う／関わるing the 株 of 世界的な Bio 精油所s are 存在 looked into by the Serious 詐欺 Office as part of an 調査 called 操作／手術事件／事情／状勢.

Anderson 顧問s was not a 本物の仲買人 but a high-圧力 boiler room. Salesmen were based in Barcelona, beyond the reach of Britain's 投資 regulators but not far enough away for them to 避ける the SFO, which sent 捜査官／調査官s to Spain to gather 証拠 about corrupt 会社／堅いs.

What makes this 調査 unusual is that 世界的な Bio 精油所s is a UK company, based at Newton Aycliffe, 郡 Durham. It （人命などを）奪う，主張するs to produce ディーゼル燃料 from vegetable oil, using it s own small 精油所 here and 精油所s abroad.

Given the dash for anything with a tinge of green, you might think the 株 would be flavour of the month. However, I 警告するd here last October that they are not 貿易（する）d on any stockmarket, even though the salesmen peddling them （人命などを）奪う，主張する they are about to be 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d in London or Frankfurt.

This might be いっそう少なく of a worry if 世界的な Bio 精油所s kept up to date with its accounts and 株主登録（する） so everyone would have a （疑いを）晴らす picture of its 価値（がある）.

Accounts 予定 in February have yet to be produced and the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of 株主s should have been updated last August, but wasn't. Both 失敗s are offences that could get the company 罰金d and struck off.

Three years ago, Ray Johnson was behind 代案／選択肢ディーゼル投資s 限られた／立憲的な, whose 株 were 類似して marketed and were never 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d. I tried to speak to Johnson but failed. One of his staff told me: 'The website has been taken offline to be updated with new 開発s.'

When will the long-を待つd 株名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）ing take place? 'No 明確な／細部 date has been 始める，決める,' I was told. Johnson has 用意が出来ている a newsletter for 投資家s, but it cannot be sent out until 'our 行政 girl gets 支援する off her holidays'.

Why have no accounts been 問題／発行するd? 'I've got no idea,' I was told. And the Serious 詐欺 Office 調査? 'I'm not aware of that.'

井戸／弁護士席, aware or not, the 調査存在するs - and you can help. Go to the SFO's website at sfo.gov.uk, click on the link to '調査 Form' and then click on the link to '操作／手術事件／事情／状勢'. This leads to a page that asks for 詳細（に述べる）s of what you were told, who you paid, and so on. The more 証拠 the SFO receives, the better.

So hard to の近くに an account

行方不明になる M. G. 令状s: My 97-year-old mother died and I have had difficulty in の近くにing her Skipton Building Society account, which 持つ／拘留するs ￡304.

I am the 単独の executor and 受益者 and I can produce-her will and death 証明書, but Skipton says I must 供給する a statutory 宣言調印するd by a solicitor. I had a very different experience with 国家の貯金 & 投資s at Blackpool. On 生産／産物 of the will and death 証明書, and 完成 of a form, I transacted with 緩和する the 移転 of my mother's 貯金 of ￡8,000 - and I was 扱う／治療するd with compassion.

At the time you went into your 支店, Skipton's 支配するs 需要・要求するd a statutory 宣言確認するing that you were the 受益者.

によれば the 支店経営者／支配人, a nearby solicitor 引用するd ￡12 as the 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 for this. However, the society has recently reviewed its 支配するs and joined the growing number of banks and other 会・原則s that no longer 需要・要求する that people jump through 合法的な hoops for comparatively modest sums of money belonging to a 死んだ投資家. Go 支援する to the 支店, take the death 証明書 and pass 調書をとる／予約する, 完全にする a simple form to say that you are the lawful 受益者 and the Skipton will の近くに the account and 解放（する） the 基金s. This system now 適用するs to accounts that 停止する to ￡15,000.

Virgin '負債' is ID 詐欺

B. S. 令状s: I have never had any 取引 with Virgin, but I received a letter labelled 'final notice' from 負債 collector Garlands of Hartlepool in Co Durham, 説 that Virgin had given 指示／教授／教育s to 問題／発行する合法的な訴訟／進行s against me.

I called Garlands and was asked for my password. I replied that I had 非，不，無 as I had never dealt with Virgin. Garlands then said it could not discuss the 事柄 with me because of the Freedom of （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）行為／法令／行動する.

I was then asked for my mother's maiden 指名する, which I 辞退するd to give them, and so the conversation ended.

It seems someone has been using your 指名する to open accounts wi th several companies. Virgin told me: 'It transpired Mrs S had been a 犠牲者 of 身元詐欺 and virgin.逮捕する was one of a handful of companies 的d. We have の近くにd the account and written off the 量借りがあるd.'

And Chey Garland, owner of Garlands 負債 collector, also 受託するs that you have been an innocent 犠牲者 in all this.

She has の近くにd her とじ込み／提出する and 追加するd: 'Mrs S can be 保証するd there is no 逆の影響 on her credit 率ing.'
