FSA snaps at Tory axe 計画（する）s

Tory 計画（する）s to 捨てる the 財政上の Services 当局 were given short shrift from its chairman Lord (Adair) Turner yesterday.

He pointed to a JP Morgan 分析 which 示唆するs Barclays (up 11.25p to 310.85p) will need an extra £12.8bn of 資本／首都 by 2010 to cover its 投資 banking activities, while 王室の Bank of Scotland (up 1.5p to 41.225p) would have an £8.5bn 資本／首都 赤字 and HSBC £2.9bn.

It calculates Lloyds B anking Group 直面するs a £7.3bn 資本／首都 不足（高） by 2010.
