End of the road for car scrappage 計画／陰謀

The society 警告するd that there would be an 'abrupt 低迷' in sales if the 計画／陰謀 were scrapped. It pointed out that car 売買業者s are also 直面するing a 2.5% 増加する in 付加価値税 at the end of December and the introduction of a first-year 税金 レコード 率 of up to £950 on new cars from April.
