一連の会議、交渉／完成する about now, you know how he felt. Friday wa s a Bank Holiday. Tomorrow is another. This Friday is one too. Exhausting, isn't it?

In the past, we feckless ones had those latter-day heroes of Soviet 労働 - the denizens of the 財政上の services 産業 - 始める，決める us a 政府-認可するd example. 式のs, the City shock 労働者s are now 宣言するd enemies of the people and 支配するd to a special 税金.

Who will take their place? The Pre-予算 報告（する）／憶測 seemed to 示唆する low-炭素 entrepreneurs and 最高の-clever inventors may form the next heroic 生産／産物 旅団s.

Maybe, maybe not. As our 熟考する／考慮する of Britain's dismal 生産性 業績／成果 showed last week, every little helps.

現実に, the real 勝利者s from the PBR were neither green 商売／仕事 types nor latter-day Professor Branestawms but, as ever, the New Class of social 行政官／管理者s.

Aside from whether you want professional 政治家，政治屋s (many of them 本人自身で 専門家 in dysfunctional family life) to winkle their way into your 関係s, it is fair to say that this sort of thing will swell the 階級s of the New Class with ever-more co-ordinators and outreachers 捜し出すing to '配達する' the 政策.

The 経済的な consequences are さまざまな. Most 明白に, 税金s will rise or borrowing will 増加する - or both. Already, those on £20,000 or more a year are to be 税金d more because they are 'better off'. Who next?

Second, the New Class's 生産性 is abysmal, as can be 裁判官d from 熟考する／考慮する of the 最新の 公式の／役人 人物／姿／数字s (詳細（に述べる）s on the link below). Third, their intrusive-nature is creating a new mood の中で entrepreneurs, one of staying small to keep below the 明言する／公表する's レーダ.

In 2008, 74% of all 商売／仕事 部隊s had no 従業員s, up on 70% five years earlier. Professor Ian Angell of the London School of 経済的なs has 予報するd a '軽く押す／注意を引く and a wink' economy, different from the taxdodging 黒人／ボイコット economy - one in which people do 商売／仕事 only with people they know and 信用.
