Alistair Darling yesterday told 銀行業者s to stop feeling sorry for themselves and end their stand-off with 政府s over tougher 規則.

Speaking ahead of 会合s with 主要な 銀行業者s, the （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 said 勢い behind the 改革（する） 過程 is fading and there's a need for a greater 'sense of 緊急'.
