First there were the Men from Ma rs, then the Tescocrats but now it is the trendy Innocent Men and Women who are making a 指名する for themselves in the world of 商売／仕事.

Food 巨大（な） 火星 spawned a 世代 of (n)役員／(a)執行力のあるs who left to take 最高の，を越す 職業s at the likes of Asda, Sainsbury's and Boots while Tesco 証明するd a fertile training ground for 未来 bosses in 商売／仕事s as diverse as TalkTalk and Halfords.

Now 追加するing its 指名する to these powerhouse (n)役員／(a)執行力のある nurseries is health food company Innocent, famous for its smoothies. 支援するd by quirky marketing - 含むing 配達／演説／出産 先頭s painted like cows - it turns over almost £100m a year and has attracted a major 投資 from Coca-Cola.

奮起させるd by its 商売／仕事 model, former Innocent 従業員s have now 始める，決める up a host of other おもに food-関係のある 商売／仕事s and the company itself has 投資するd in several more.

In the past few years, Little Dish, which makes fresh food for children, chewing gum company Peppersmith, 軽食 box 配達／演説／出産 会社／堅い Graze, restaurant and deli outfit Scandinavian Kitchen and healthy 軽食 companies 明らかにする 軽食s and the Good 軽食 Company have all sprung into life thanks to an Innocent 関係.

Other Innocent 従業員s have gone on to 長，率いる 商売／仕事s such as former managing director Jamie Mitchell at Daylesford 有機のs, Gareth 舵輪／支配, who now runs marketing at 火星' UK petcare 商売／仕事, and Giles Brook, who is spearheading the British 開始する，打ち上げる of Vita Coco coconut water, in which Madonna is a 株主.

Richard Reed, one of Innocent's three 創立者s, says: 'We 絶対 go out of our way to foster an entrepreneurial 環境 here.

'In fact, we often run 職業 adverts that say, "We want people who are going to leave us". The way we run our 商売／仕事 is very transparent. Everyone gets to see how all the different 分割s work - it's like entrepreneur school here.'

Innocent's （警察，軍隊などの）本部 in west London are carpeted with 人工的な grass and 従業員s are encouraged to lounge around on deckchairs and beanbags in its 抱擁する communal areas, where Reed thinks many of the ideas are born. 'It's very 平易な to get away from the desk and mingle,' he says.

It may be 慣習に捕らわれない, but it is an 環境 that is 証明するing to be a hothouse for 未来 商売／仕事 talent.
