Ex-Rover staff lose out on £12m 基金

More than £12m that 選挙運動者s hoped would help the 6,000 労働者s who lost their 職業s in the 崩壊（する） of car group MG Rover has been （人命などを）奪う，主張するd by the 年金s Regulator.

The 機関, wh ich polices the country's 退職 計画／陰謀s and has wide 施行 力／強力にするs, is thought to have 行為／法令／行動するd to 妨げる the 年金 保護 基金 (PPF) 存在 板材d with 義務／負債s.

It is understood the regulator has slapped a （人命などを）奪う，主張する on £26m held by MG Rover 資本／首都, the car 財政／金融 and 賃貸し（する）ing arm.

Half is 借りがあるd to what is now Lloyds Banking Group and the other to the '不死鳥／絶品 Four', the 国際借款団／連合 that bought Rover in 2000 and ran it for its last five years.

The 不死鳥／絶品 Four 約束d to 始める，決める up a 信用 基金 to help redundant Rover 労働者s and 選挙運動者s, 含むing Birmingham Northfield MP Richard 重荷（を負わせる）, had hoped the money would go to the 信用.

商売／仕事 長官 Vince Cable has 辞退するd to 干渉する in the regulator's 決定／判定勝ち（する）. In a separate 開発, Cable has also 支配するd out ordering Lloyds to waive its （人命などを）奪う，主張する to another large sum, thought to be between £12m and £23m, that the 不死鳥／絶品 Four want to 寄付する to the 基金.

This money relates to the value of 資産s, such as 所有物／資産／財産 and showrooms owned by MG Rover at the time of its insolvency.

Lloyds says it is する権利を与えるd to the cash under the 条件 of a cross-保証（人） 問題／発行するd by 不死鳥／絶品.

Last month, Oliver Thomas of the 司法（官） for Rover 労働者s Group wrote asking Cable to 介入する with Lloyds, which is 43% 明言する／公表する-owned. Cable replied that Lloyds appeared to have a 合法的 （人命などを）奪う，主張する, although he sympathised with the group's wishes.

'It is not for the 政府 to 介入する in 管理／経営 決定／判定勝ち（する）s of Lloyds Banking Group,' he said. The 基金 has made no 支払い（額）s to former 労働者s and is thought to have only enough to cover its costs.

Cable said the 年金s Regulator had '操作の independence to make 決定／判定勝ち（する）s'. It wants to use the MG Rover 資本／首都 money to 相殺する 支払い（額）s out of the 基金 to cover MG Rover 年金s .

A 不死鳥／絶品 Four 広報担当者 said the 政府 should 'use its 影響（力）' to get Lloyds to produce '相当な 基金s' for ex-従業員s.
