（ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 George Osborne has given the go-ahead to the most 過激な 改革（する） of banking in １０年間s as he 明かすd 計画（する）s that will 要求する banks to 分裂（する） their 小売 操作／手術s from 危険-taking 武器.

He also 発表するd a major reorganisation at the 明言する／公表する-owned 王室の Bank of Scotland, which will now make '重要な' 削減s at the size of its 投資 activities to become a 'stronger, safer bank, able to 持続する lending to 商売／仕事s and 消費者s'.

The changes will cost UK banks between £3.5billion and £8billion a year once 器具／実施するd and lead to a 削減 in GDP of £0.8-£1.8billion.

But the （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 today told MPs the costs would be 'far outweighed' by the 利益s to the economy of 避けるing another 衝突，墜落 of 2008.

'Our 客観的な is to make sure what happened in Britain never happens again, that taxpayers are 保護するd and that 顧客s get a better service,' the （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 said.

'We want to separate High Street banking from 投資 banking to 保護する the British economy, 保護する British taxpayers and make sure that nothing is too big too fail.'< /p>
