It is also a blow to Richard Meddings, the 財政／金融 director, who was seen in the Square Mile as a possible 後継者 to （頭が）ひょいと動く Diamond, who left Barclays over the Libor 率-船の索具 スキャンダル.

株 in the City-based bank 急落（する），激減（する）d a whopping 378p from 1,479p to 1,099p by 中央の-afternoon, making it the biggest faller in the blue-半導体素子 FTSE 100 索引 and wiping around £6billion off its value since the laundering 主張s were 開始する，打ち上げるd yesterday.

'They seem to have carried out a lot of 予定 diligence on thousands of 処理／取引s. Would they knowingly help 基金 核の 武器s?'

But another 仲買人, Daniel Stewart, stuck with a buy 推薦.

'But we believe the most likely 結果 is a 解決／入植地 with the [New York] DFS and a 罰金 which will dent 基準 借り切る／憲章d's 逮捕する 資産 value but not by more than, say, 20 per cent, which would not inhibit materially its ability to do 商売／仕事.'
