In a 劇の eleventh-hour change of heart last Friday and after the 介入 of former 総理大臣 Tony Blair, Glencore プロの／賛成の 提起する／ポーズをとるd raising its 申し込む／申し出 for Xstrata, in which it already has a 34 per cent 火刑／賭ける.

株主 会合s in Zug, Switzerland, which had been 会を召集するd to 投票（する） on an earlier £50billion 合併 提案 were 延期するd.

Glencore is run by 億万長者 Ivan Glasenberg, who had 示すd he would walk away rather than raise his 企て，努力，提案.

The company is 提案するing 申し込む／申し出ing 3.05 of its 株 for each Xstrata 株, an 増加する on its previous 申し込む／申し出 of 2.8.

Crucially, it is also calling for Glasenberg to lead the 連合させるd company rather than Davis, as was the 事例／患者 under the previous 提案.

There is no 指示，表示する物 yet of whether Davis and the 残り／休憩（する） of the Xstrata 管理／経営, led by chairman Sir John 社債, would have a 役割 at the 合併するd company.
