BUDGET 2013: No 税金 to 支払う／賃金 until you earn £10k as allowance 上げる means 労働者s keep £700 more of their 年次の 支払う／賃金

UK 労働者s will be able to earn £10,000 before they 支払う／賃金 any 税金 from next April, a move the 政府 誇るd saved the 普通の／平均（する） 従業員 more than £700 a year.

Raising the personal allowance - the sum above which 所得税 becomes payable - has been a 旗艦 目的（とする） of the 連立政権 since its 選挙 in 2010.

It had 初めは hoped to reach the higher allowance by the end of the 議会 in 2015, but the move will come a year 早期に, （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 George Osborne 発表するd in his 予算 声明 today.

Once the change kicks in next year, 2.7million will have been taken out of 支払う／賃金ing 税金 altogether since 2010. Some 24.5million 労働者s will fell some 利益 from the changes, the 財務省 said.

The personal allowance has been raised in each of George Osborne's 予算s. It was already 予定 to rise from £8,105 to £9,440 in April.

The allowance was just £6,475 i n 2010 and was 予定 to rise in line with インフレーション. However, the larger 増加する since then mean that the 普通の／平均（する） 労働者 is hundreds of 続けざまに猛撃するs better off, the 政府 said.

労働者s will be able to earn £3,525 more without 支払う／賃金ing any 税金, compared to 2010, which means the 普通の／平均（する） earner will be more than £493 a year better off versus pre-2010 計画（する）s, and £704 better off than had the allowance not risen at all.
