It 伴う／関わるd an artificially 製造（する）d 落ちる in the value of 株 in one company which was used to create a loss in the other company for 税金 目的s. But 歳入 & Customs argued there had been no real 経済的な loss.

The 事例／患者 has infuriated MPs who pointed out that Deloitte is paid millions of 続けざまに猛撃するs for work done for the 政府.
