助言者 罰金d for cashing in 年金s 早期に

FEARS were growing today of a new 年金s mis-selling スキャンダル after a Kent-based 財政上の services company became the fourth 商売／仕事 in two years to be 罰金d by the City regulator over 消費者s cashing i n their 退職 基金s 早期に.

The 財政上の Services 当局 today slammed Braemar 財政上の Planning, one of the country's 主要な 販売人s of いわゆる 年金s 打ち明けるing or 年金 解放（する） 計画／陰謀s.

Braemar, which has its （警察，軍隊などの）本部 in Orpington, has been 罰金d £182,000, the fourth 年金s 打ち明けるing 助言者 to be rapped since 2004, in a 一連の FSA 調査s that has 産する／生じるd almost £800,000 in 刑罰，罰則s.

The spectre of the unscrupulous selling of 年金s 打ち明けるing 計画／陰謀s has been stalking the 消費者 財政／金融 産業 for some time with 恐れるs that hard-up over-50s could be gulled into cashing in their 退職 基金s for a short-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 伸び（る） at the cost of long-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 財政上の 苦痛.

In a 声明 today, the FSA 警告するd against people cashing in their 年金 基金s 早期に without taking proper advice. It also 警告するd companies and their salesmen against preying on 攻撃を受けやすい 顧客s.

'年金s 打ち明けるing 許すs people 老年の 50 and over to take some or all of the 利益s of their 年金 in a lump sum and/or income before they retire. This is a high-危険 商売／仕事 which is only suitable for a 限られた／立憲的な number of people,' 警告するd the FSA.

Slapping a 罰金 on Braemar, the 監視者 （刑事）被告 the 会社／堅い of 'systemic failings' in its 過程s to 確実にする its salesman 適切に advised its 顧客s.

The regulator's 小売 markets director, Clive Briault, said: 'Braemar is one of the largest players in this 部門 of the 産業, and it should have been able to 論証する that 製品 推薦s were suitable for its 顧客s.'
