It will look into whether she "was liable to 許す or encourage" his 行為／行う.

Mr Maguire is （刑事）被告 of 乱用ing his public office between 2012 and 2018.

The former 明言する／公表する MP is （刑事）被告 of using his public office and 議会の資源s to improperly 伸び（る） a 利益 for himself or for G8way International, a company Mr Maguire 恐らく "効果的に controlled".
