広大な／多数の／重要な 塀で囲む of Fleetwood: Man builds 16ft garden 塀で囲む in 抗議する at 隣人's sun terrace ... and now it's a tourist attraction

After spending two months building a sun terrace on the kitchen roof of their seaside home, Dennis and Sandra Hawes settled 負かす／撃墜する to enjoy the 見解（をとる）.

But not for long.

Next-door 隣人 Charles Hart was disgruntled that he was not 協議するd about the terrace, which overlooked his garden.

So he decided to exact 復讐? -? and built what is known 地元で as the 広大な／多数の／重要な 塀で囲む of Fleetwood.

The 見解（をとる） from the terrace is now 妨害するd by a 障壁 16ft high and 26ft long between the 所有物／資産／財産s in the Lancashire former fishing port.

The 塀で囲む has 原因（となる）d so much 論争 that it has even become a tourist attraction, with taxi drivers pointing it out to their 乗客s.

会議 公式の／役人s have already ordered that part of it be 除去するd, but a final 決定／判定勝ち（する） is 予定 to be made at a 会合 of the planning 委員会 next month.

Mr Hawes, 58, a retired 無線で通信する officer-with the oil 産業, said he and his wife built the terrace at their &続けざまに猛撃する;400,000 detached home to enjoy the 見解（をとる）s over a ゴルフ course and the Irish Sea.

'It took eight weeks to build and I followed all the proper 手続きs? -? I didn't need to get planning 許可, only a 建設業者's 証明書,' 追加するd the father of three.

Other 隣人s also want the 塀で囲む 除去するd. Peggy 議会, 84, whose garden 支援するs on to Mr Hawes's 所有物／資産／財産, said: 'It's terrible.'

会議 公式の／役人s have already ordered 55-year-old Mr Hart to take 負かす／撃墜する part of the 塀で囲む which 違反d his 初めの planning 許可.

Mr Hart, who runs an amusement arcade 商売／仕事, said: 'We have planning 許可 for around 80 per cent of the 塀で囲む.

'The problem started when Mr Hawes 築くd a sundeck around 4ft from our 所有物／資産／財産, without any notification to ourselves.

'We told him we weren't happy about it. We got planning 許可 to 築く a 塀で囲む to get our privacy 支援する because the sundeck overlooked our garden and our lounge.
