Mr Saunders, 32, was 発射 up to seven times as he 解雇する／砲火／射撃d his shotgun out of the window of the £2.2 million home in Markham Square, Chelsea, which he 株d with his wife Elizabeth Clarke.

Police say they had no choice but to return 解雇する／砲火／射撃 after he 発射 at officers, 隣人s and other houses in the square.

Now, 40-year-old Ms Clarke, who is also a barrister, has 雇うd high-profile London solicitor Jane Deighton to 行為／法令／行動する for the family during the 独立した・無所属 Police （民事の）告訴s （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 (IPCC) 調査 into his death.

Ms Deighton was chosen by the Saunders family because of her 'formidable' 評判 for winning 戦う／戦いs against the police.
