Scotsman banned from England

A Scotsman has been banned from England for five years after starting a drunken street brawl.

Alun McSkeane was told that he must stay north of the 国境 or 直面する a tougher 宣告,判決 for 強襲,強姦 and violent behaviour.

The 26-year-old 配達/演説/出産 driver said that he was 満足させるd with the 禁止(する), passed under a ありふれた 法律 dating 支援する to the 12th century.

He said the worst 面 of the 罰 was that it would 妨げる him watching his football team, Liverpool, play.

A request from his barrister asking for the 禁止(する) to 適用する only south of Liverpool was promptl y turned 負かす/撃墜する at Plymouth 栄冠を与える 法廷,裁判所.

McSkeane, from Motherwell, Strathclyde, had 認める 存在 伴う/関わるd in a brawl while visiting his parents in Plymouth. He had been thrown out of a public house in the town along with another man and a 15-year-old 青年 when he 始める,決める upon two passersby, the 法廷,裁判所 heard.

裁判官 William Taylor told McSkeane he must stay out of England for five years or 直面する 存在 宣告,判決d for 強襲,強姦 and using or 脅すing unlawful 暴力/激しさ.

Afterwards McSkeane said that he was relieved at the 結果 and could still watch Liverpool play on 衛星 television north of the 国境.

'I was 推定する/予想するing to get a 保護監察 order or at worse a custodial 宣告,判決 so when the 裁判官 banned me I was happy with that,' he said.

'I was on holiday at the time seeing my father so I was going 支援する home anyway, but I got into a bit of bother and had to come 支援する 負かす/撃墜する for the 法廷,裁判所 事例/患者. It just means I won't be able to come 負かす/撃墜する to Plymouth and see my folks, but it doesn't stop them from coming up and seeing me.

'I am just going to take my 薬/医学.'

The co urt heard McSkeane was one of three men thrown out of the Newmarket Pub in Plymouth on January 15.

Robert Linford, 起訴するing, said the trio had been 意図 on 原因(となる)ing trouble.

They ギャング(団)d up on two men passing the pub, Stephen Sandison and Jason 吊りくさび, 繰り返して punching them.

Ali Rafati, defending, said McSkeane was ashamed of his behaviour.

'His fellow countrymen come 負かす/撃墜する from time to time to the South West and 原因(となる) trouble,' he said.

'He does not want to be one of them.'

Last night McSkeane was believed to be at his father's flat in Plymouth, which overlooks the Newmarket public house, in the centre of the town.
