‘Not always necessary’: How a 報告（する）／憶測 述べるd Roger パン職人's 策略 which have helped 削減（する） Essex's 罪，犯罪 by 11.6%

Mr パン職人 has been a 声の critic of the 欠如（する） of officers on the streets and the 傾向 for police to give 犠牲者s 罪，犯罪 numbers rather than going to see them.

He recently 明かすd 計画（する）s to put 600 extra officers on the streets over the next five years, 含むing 100 more by next March.

When the 査察 報告（する）／憶測 was published Mr パン職人 welcomed it and said he would keep working with the inspectorate and other partners to 供給する ‘the best possible
service to our communities’.

‘Essex is a high-成し遂げるing 軍隊, but we are not complacent,’ he said.
