A guitar teacher who has been （刑事）被告 of sexually 強襲，強姦ing eight teenage students at さまざまな 第２位 schools?told a pupil struggling with the music to 'go home and have a w**k to relax', a 法廷，裁判所 heard.?

The 十代の少年少女, now 18, （人命などを）奪う，主張するs Keith Jenner, 56,?made 'comments about masturbation' to him 'two or three times' as they sat together in a music room.?

He was taught in a 4ft by 12ft music room by Jenner from the the time he was in second year in 2017 until 2020 when the youngster left school at the start of the Covid 疫病／流行性の.?

He told Falkirk 郡保安官 法廷，裁判所: 'If I was getting a bit uptight, if I was struggling with the music, he'd say 'You should go home and have a w**k to relax'.'?

The 法廷，裁判所 was also told Mr Jenner touched the pupil on the inner thigh and showed two more schoolboys an image of a part-naked woman.?

The boy, who is now 18, also told 検察官，検事 Katie Cunningham: 'It wouldn't be every lesson, but it happened enough.

Jenner, of Bonnybridge, Stirlingshire, who is 代表するd by 示す Stewart QC, 否定するs a total of 12 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s - eight of 性の 強襲，強姦, two of directing a 性の communication without 同意, and two of coercion into looking at a 性の image.

The 法廷，裁判所 heard it was a 事柄 of 協定 that Jenner, as the EIS teaching union rep for music 指導者s in the Falkirk area, had been instrumental in getting glass パネル盤s fitted in music room doors.

賠審員s were shown a 記録，記録的な／記録するd police and social work interview of another of Jenner's pupils who said he was 'creepy' and had touched her on the 脚.

But she agreed with 示す Stewart, QC, defending, that 'it could be 権利' that the only time he had patted her on the 脚 was to to say '井戸／弁護士席 done'.
