Levelling Up bosses will be paid up to £144,000 ? almost six times the 普通の／平均（する） 支払う／賃金 in some of the areas they will be 雇うd to help.

Michael Gove's Department for Levelling Up, 住宅 and Communities is 新採用するing a dozen directors to 行為／法令／行動する as 地元の 支持する／優勝者s for poorer 地域s across the UK.

Recruiters are looking for 'real people, with a 深遠な understanding of their communities, to be 伴う／関わるd in the 形態／調整ing of 政策 and 配達する in their areas'.

The salary for the 職業 範囲s from £120,000 to £144,000.

An 宣伝 on the Civil Service website 述べるs the 職業s as 'an 適切な時期 for exceptional leaders to work collaboratively with 地元の areas and central 政府 to 運動 new and innovative 地元の 政策 提案s'.?

Applicants must be 'innovators, 協力者s and 挑戦者s ', have to 'live, breathe and 支持する／優勝者 the places they 代表する' and 'have or 速く develop a 深い understanding of the 地元の 状況'.
