To qualify people must have been in ウクライナ共和国 as of February 11 and need to have a sponsor, which could be family or an organization. They also have to 会合,会う ワクチン接種 and other public health 必要物/必要条件s, and pass background checks.

Polo said U.S. 政府 公式の/役人s had told her it should take a week to 過程 people, but it appeared like it was just beginning. Some of the first arrivals had received emails from the U.S. 政府 認めるing they received their 文書s and the 文書s of their sponsors, but she had heard of no sponsors 存在 認可するd yet.

Mikaberidze was visiting 親族s in Georgia, south of ウクライナ共和国, when the ロシアの 侵略 occurred and was not able to return. His mother remains in their village 近づく Kharkhov in eastern ウクライナ共和国, afraid to leave her home because ロシアの 軍隊/機動隊s indiscriminately shoot up cars traveling in the area, he said.

The Mexico City (軍の)野営地,陣営 供給するs a 安全な place to wait. It was 築くd inside a large sports コンビナート/複合体, so Ukrainians could be seen 押し進めるing strollers with children along sidewalks, playing サッカー and volleyball, even swimming.

However, the 難民s have been 警告するd that while they are 解放する/自由な to leave the コンビナート/複合体, no one is 責任がある their safety. Iztapalapa, the 資本/首都's most 居住させるd borough, is also one of its most dangerous.

The Mexican 政府 was 供給するing 安全 at the (軍の)野営地,陣営 with about 50 officers, Polo said. The 海軍 had also 始める,決める up a 動きやすい kitchen to 供給する meals.

She said they felt 安全な inside the (軍の)野営地,陣営, but were asking the 政府 about the 可能性 of moving the (軍の)野営地,陣営 to a safer area.

Mykhailo Pas ternak and his girlfriend Maziana Hzyhozyshyn, waited at the 入り口 to the コンビナート/複合体 Monday afternoon. Both 苦しむing from an 明らかな 長,率いる 冷淡な, they planned to move to a hotel for a day or two to try to get some sleep and 回復する before returning to the (軍の)野営地,陣営.
