When asked about the ビデオ, Mukendi said he had first seen it in 2017 on a phone he had bought from a friend for £40 価値（がある） of 麻薬s.

'He did not think much of it, it was two people getting intimate,' said 裁判官 Holmes. 'It was not unusual in his world to download pornography.

'When he saw the ビデオ he had the sound turned off and didn't realise it was a 強姦 ビデオ. He said he didn't know how it （機の）カム to be on the laptop.< /p>

'He said he put the ビデオ in the trashcan because it wasn't 利益／興味ing to him as he wasn't in it.'
