Police were called to the flat of Jamie Paul Roberts, 35, who also goes by the 指名する Jamie Whelan, in Skewen, むちの跡s, at 3.40am on 21 December last year after a teenage boy and girl, who were living in children's homes, had failed to return home by their 外出禁止令 times.

The 法廷，裁判所 heard the second 出来事/事件 happened on February 28 this year and 伴う／関わるd the same teen boy along with another male 青年 who was also living in care.

The 検察官，検事 said on this occasion, Roberts met the boys at Swansea 鉄道 駅／配置する and took them 支援する to his home in Skewen.

During the Monday evening, the trio drank alcohol and the two teens smoked cannabis.

At around 4am an argument broke out and Roberts chased the boys from his flat - 報道によれば at knife-point.

One boy rang his care home and a member of staff drove to Skewen to collect him.?

Roberts was again 逮捕（する）d and 認める arranging to 選ぶ up one of the boys from the 駅／配置する - but said he had been surprised to find the youngster was not alone.?

In 2005 he was 罪人／有罪を宣告するd at Swansea 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所 of 違反ing a 性の 害（を与える） 予防 order, and 罪人／有罪を宣告するd of the same offence two years later at Stratford 栄冠を与える 法廷，裁判所. However, the 法廷，裁判所 did not hear 詳細（に述べる）s of these 違反s.

In 2021 he was 宣告，判決d to a two-year community order for child 誘拐 - this offence 伴う／関わるd a young boy staying in his 所有物／資産／財産 in 反抗 of a child 誘拐 警告 notice 問題／発行するd by police に引き続いて 関心s raised by the boy's dad about the nature of the 被告's 関係 with his son.

Defending Roberts, Ian Ibrahim said the 被告's childhood had been 'nothing short of a 災害 for him'.

He said Roberts was taken into care at the age of four and put on anti-psychotic 麻薬s because of his behaviour, and that was followed by a period of living with 10 different foster families and in five foster homes, 同様に as 存在 いじめ（る）d at school.

The barrister said the 被告 had subsequently been 診断するd with a number of 条件s 含むing personality disorder, attention 赤字 hyperactivity disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and 不景気.

Mr Ibrahim said Roberts had been the 犠牲者 of a serious 強襲，強姦 in Cardiff's Bute Park - the same area where Dr Gary Jenkins was 殺人d in a homophobic attack - and had also been the 犠牲者 of いわゆる cuckooing when a 麻薬s-ギャング（団） took over his Neath flat.

裁判官 Paul Thomas QC said he had no 疑問 Roberts' 接触する with the young children from care homes had been sexually-動機づけるd grooming behaviour.

He said it was （疑いを）晴らす the 被告 提起する／ポーズをとるd a 危険 of serious 害（を与える） to children but said it was not possible to pass an 延長するd 宣告，判決 for the offences 現在／一般に before the 法廷，裁判所.

With a one-４半期/4分の1 割引 for his 有罪の 嘆願s, Roberts was 宣告，判決d to three-and-a-half years for 違反ing the 性の 害（を与える） 予防 order, and the 裁判官 re-宣告，判決d the 被告 for the previous child 誘拐 offence 課すing a six month 宣告，判決 for that to run consecutively, making an 全体にわたる 宣告，判決 of four years in 刑務所，拘置所.

Roberts will serve up to half that period in 保護／拘留 before 存在 解放（する）d on licence to serve the 残りの人，物 in the community.
