'The 政府 must introduce a 機械装置 to 確実にする that when する権利を与えるd to a refund by 法律, 航空機による 乗客s are 認めるd (a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 補償（金）, 除去するing the need for 顧客s manually to 適用する for a refund.'

Rocio Concha, 政策 director at 消費者 支持する／優勝者 Which?, said: 'Poor 治療 of 乗客s by some 航空機によるs has become 決まりきった仕事 - as we saw with 運送／保菌者s ignoring their 合法的な 義務s on refunds, コースを変更するing and 乗客 権利s during the pandemic and 最近の 大混乱 at our airports.
