A 上級の 大臣 branded the EU 'disingenuous' over the Brexit 取引，協定 that would solve an 行き詰まり over Northern Ireland - as the 政府 準備するs to 無視／無効 it with 国内の 法律.

He spoke out as the 政府 用意が出来ている to introduce 国内の 法律制定 tomorrow to over-wrote parts of the Northern Ireland 議定書, the 支配する of months of 外交の 交渉s and 怒り／怒る の中で unionists.

Speaking to 放送者s today Mr 吊りくさび said the?議論の的になる 法案 that will be laid tomorrow would be 'lawful' and '訂正する'.?His comments （機の）カム まっただ中に 恐れるs that the 法案 would 違反 international 法律 and could 誘発する repercussions from Brussels and Washington.?

He told the BBC's Sunday Morning programme: 'What they've (The EU) been 説 終始一貫して across the マスコミ and have been 報告（する）／憶測d as 説 is that they're 申し込む／申し出ing 柔軟性s. 井戸／弁護士席, they're not.

'What the EU are 申し込む／申し出ing is some 柔軟性 based on a fully-器具／実施するd 議定書. That would be, 現実に, worse than the 状況／情勢 we've got today.'

'What we're going to do is lawful and it is 訂正する.

'We will be setting out our 合法的な position on this. People will see that what we're 提案するing 解決するs the 重要な 問題／発行するs within the 議定書 that don't work.'

The 法案 予定 to come before 議会 will see the 政府 move without the 同意 of the EU to change the 条件 of the international 条約 in a 企て，努力，提案 to 減ずる the checks on the movement of goods across the Irish Sea.

'We helped bring in the Good Friday 協定, we are 深く，強烈に, passionately committed to it.

'We want the Northern Ireland 議定書 to work but we know to get it to work we have to 交渉する and work with our European partners.'

She 追加する ed: 'What the Tory 政府 is 提案するing to do in 違反ing international 法律 is to create 抱擁する, 抱擁する 損失 to the northern economy, to the Irish economy.

'They 提案する to 違反 international 法律 and are on an 協議事項 of 土台を崩すing, attacking and 損失ing the Good Friday 協定.'

Mrs McDonald continued: 'Brandon 吊りくさび is talking through his hat, and not for the first time.

'Brandon 吊りくさび should know, the Tory 政府 should know, that where there are 問題／発行するs to be 解決するd with the 議定書, 問題／発行するs of smoothing out its 使用／適用, there are 機械装置s through which that can happen.

'There is a 乗り気 here, a 乗り気 to engage by the European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限.

'But the British 政府 has 辞退するd to engage, has not been 建設的な, has sought a destructive path and is now 提案するing to introduce 法律制定 that will undoubtedly 違反 international 法律.

'And against the 表明するd democratic wishes of people in the north of Ireland who went to the 投票s, who made their democratic 決定／判定勝ち（する） and who have returned a 大多数 of members that support the 議定書.'
