A shop 労働者 whose boss told her '堅い' when she 警告するd him she was about to have a migraine and then 苦しむd an attack which left her paralysed on the 床に打ち倒す has won £15,000.

Mary Doran's 経営者/支配人 didn't believe she 苦しむd from the debilitating 頭痛s and even (刑事)被告 her of lying about her symptoms because he thought she was hungover.

The Nisa boss's 不信 of his 従業員 led to him telling her '堅い' when she asked to go home when she started experiencing the 早期に 調印するs of a migraine attack and could barely see.

Instead he told her to sit 負かす/撃墜する in the 在庫/株 room until she felt better, but she became so unwell she had to 嘘(をつく) on the 床に打ち倒す for two hours while her boss ignored her.

She was 調印するd off sick for two weeks but upon her return to work was told there were no 転換s for her 予定 to her 'health 問題/発行するs' and she was 軍隊d to 辞職する.

Ms Doran has now won £15,998.96 after an 雇用 法廷 支配するd she was 差別するd against by her 経営者/支配人 because of her disability.

The 法廷, held in Manchester, heard she had 苦しむd from 'intermittent chronic migraines' since 2003.

Her 顧問 neurologist told the 法廷 her 条件 had 徐々に 悪化するd. Her symptoms 発展させるd to 含む visual 騒動 or loss of sight for up to 20 minutes, numbness from the shoulders 負かす/撃墜する with 証拠不十分 in both 武器 and 脚s, giving rise to Ms Doran 崩壊(する)ing.

A migraine attack could also 影響する/感情 her ability to speak and make her become uncoordinated and 混乱させるd.

Ms Doran told the 法廷 the 影響s of an attack 'mimic a 一打/打撃' and she is often bedridden for one or two days with '重要な disruptions to her eating and sleeping patterns'.

During and after a migraine attack she said she experiences 証拠不十分, nausea, 厳しい 長,率いる 苦痛, dizziness and disorientation.

While Ms Doran said she takes 医薬 to 支配(する)/統制する this 条件, she still 苦しむs attacks だいたい once a week.

The 法廷 heard Ms Doran 苦しむd two migraine attacks at work in February 2021 and had to have time off work.

She was told by Mr Maher they would need to discuss her 条件 upon her return to work because he was 'disapproving of her absence'.

Ms Doran said she began to feel like she was 存在 扱う/治療するd 異なって by her 経営者/支配人, who became impatient with her and did not appear to take her 条件 本気で, on one occasion 告発する/非難するing her of 存在 absent from work 予定 to a hangover when she was in fact 苦しむing from a migraine attack.

In April 2021 Ms Doran 苦しむd another migraine attack at work. She started experiencing an 'aura' - which was a 事前の 警告 of these attacks - and すぐに told Mr Maher and asked if she could be sent home.

But the 法廷 heard he told her '堅い' and 辞退するd to let her leave work.

Ms Doran carried on but began to experience visual 騒動 and could not see 明確に enough to be able to serve 顧客s.

At this point Mr Maher sent her to the 在庫/株 room and told her to sit on a foot stool until she felt better. She lost her balance, and was 軍隊d to 嘘(をつく) on the 冷淡な 固める/コンクリート 床に打ち倒す using her handbag to support her 長,率いる.

にもかかわらず her 経営者/支配人 存在 able to see the 在庫/株 room on CCTV, she was left in that position for two hours and no 医療の help was sought for her until a friend called Sarah Barber was called to take her home.

Ms Barber 設立する Ms Doran 'unable to speak, and with a degree of paralysis which 妨げるd her moving easily'.

Two days later Mr Maher texted Ms Doran asking her to cover a 転換 but didn't ask her about her health. She then saw her GP who 調印するd her off work for two weeks.

When that 満了する/死ぬd she told Mr Maher she was fit to return to work as long as she was 許すd home in the event of a migraine attack. He replied by text message 説 'No hours 利用できる Mary'.

The 法廷 heard Mr Maher 雇うd three new members of staff and kicked Ms Doran out of the staff group 雑談(する), にもかかわらず her still 存在 雇うd.

She 辞職するd in July 2021 before taking (人命などを)奪う,主張するs of disability 差別 to an 雇用 法廷.

Speaking of her experience, she said Mr Maher's 治療 of her disability had changed her from a 確信して person to 'untrusting and worried' as she 恐れるd she may be 'left on the 床に打ち倒す paralysed and unable to help herself' again.

雇用 裁判官 Paul Holmes 支配するd Mr Maher 差別するd against Ms Doran by not letting her go home during a migraine attack and not letting her return to work.

He said: '要求するing her to remain at work (which, given that she could not do any work, was rather pointless) as [Mr Maher] did 明確に 量s to a 失敗 to 従う with that 義務 [to make reasonable 調整s for her disability].

'To 申し込む/申し出 her no more 転換s, and to 辞退する to 許す her to return to work.... [was] 明確に because of something arising in consequence of her disability.'
